Bio:Andrea Scott is the author of Smile Big Dream Bigger(Sonrisa Grande Sueña en Grande) and she is also known as Ms. Impactor. She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She is an elementary Spanish Teacher and an Adjunct Professor at Harris Stowe State University. Andrea believes it is her mission to educationally support children and young people who grow up in high-risk communities. Andrea herself grew up in a single parent home located in one of St. Louis most vulnerable neighborhoods. However, she is a living example that dreams can come true when you are focused and motivated.

Growing up in the inner city of Saint Louis, Missouri, Samantha is surrounded by violence and despair. However, Samantha and her family use a particular gesture, a smile that helps them to get through hard times. When Samantha smiles she dreams of a better future for her community, her family, and herself. Samantha has made a promise to live up to her dream, while always wearing a smile.
