Hola soy Jose Santizo, soy fotógrafo profesional y viajero de corazón, hace algún tiempo estuve pensando mucho en ponerle nombre a una pasión para que personas con ese mismo deseo de viajar se identificaran y así poder compartir mis experiencias, viajes y todo sobre las increíbles cosas que pueden pasar en un aventura. Desde recomendaciones de lugares para poder acampar al aire libre, hasta hoteles y restaurantes que pueda ir visitando todo cuenta, en Guatemala y el mundo.
Hi, I’m Jose Santizo, I’m a professional photographer and a traveler at heart, some time ago I was thinking a lot about naming one of my passions so that people with that same desire to travel could identify themselves and thus be able to share my experiences, trips and everything about them and the amazing things that can happen on an adventure. From recommendations of places to camping in the open air, to hotels and restaurants that you can visit, everything counts, in Guatemala and the world.
Al final de todo Chapin Viajero es para mi nada mas ni nada menos que el nombre de mi proyecto de vida que es conocer el mundo, llevando mi país muy en alto porque se lo merece; Guatemala me ha demostrado en innumerables veces de que esta hecha, de que realmente necesito visitar cada rincón de Guatemala para poder ir y conocer otros países.
At the end of everything, Chapin Viajero is for me nothing more and nothing less than the name of my life project, which is to know the world, taking my country very high because it deserves it; Guatemala has shown me countless times what it is made of, that I really need to visit every corner of Guatemala to be able to go and see other countries.
Cada mañana me despierto con la ilusión de alimentar este sueño con un granito de positivismo, de esmero, de trabajo que a lo largo del tiempo dará sus frutos; porque todos tenemos un sueño por el cual luchar y no dejare el mio tirado; porque motivos para hacerlo me sobran pero también me sobran motivos para seguir en algo que no es seguro, pero algo lo es y es la felicidad que siento al viajar, conocer personas nuevas y poder compartir esa pasión con personas que valoren y apoyen los sueños de alguien mas.
Every morning I wake up with the illusion of feeding this dream with a grain of positivism, dedication, and work that over time will bear fruit; because we all have a dream to fight for and I won’t leave mine lying down; Because I have plenty of reasons to do it but I also have plenty of reasons to continue in something that is not safe, but something is and is the happiness I feel when traveling, meeting new people and being able to share that passion with people who value and support the dreams of someone else.
He tenido tantas veces miedo en la vida, pero eso hace que cada día salga con las ganas de vencerlos, posiblemente con miedo a las alturas pero no lo pensé cuando estaba volando sobre el lago mas bello de Guatemala en parapente o tal vez con miedo a caer desde 42 metros de altura en la catarata que baje en rapel; cada día las experiencias se acumulan y de cada una de ellas mi corazón sale renovado y mis ganas por seguir con mi sueño aumentan.
Para terminar te pido que me apoyes, no un apoyo económico; pero si un apoyo de corazón, no sabes lo valioso y lo importante que es un Compartir, un Like o un comentario positivo pues cada día encuentro personas que sin saber de mi me alientan y me regalan algo mas importante que el dinero; me regalan un poco de vibra positiva para que mis ganas de cumplir el sueño no se me terminen.

I have been afraid so many times in my life, but that makes me want to beat them every day, possibly with a fear of heights but I did not think about it when I was flying over the most beautiful lake in Guatemala in paragliding or perhaps with fear of fall from a height of 42 meters into the waterfall that you rappel down; Every day the experiences accumulate and from each one of them my heart comes out renewed and my desire to continue with my dream increases.
